Ready to take your project management skills to the next level? We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our expanding healthcare team in our Herne Hill office.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, with a salary of £30,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission of circa £10,000 and company benefits. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Head of Projects in delivering high-quality publications and activities for the healthcare industry. This includes supplements, guides, webinars, consensus documents, podcasts, conferences, and more. Your focus will be on client and author liaison, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment:

* Our team publishes around five projects each month, so you'll be involved in the entire project lifecycle.

* Travel opportunities exist to attend industry conferences and events within the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

* Commissioning engaging editorial content.

* Researching and securing qualified authors and medical writers.

* Identifying and coordinating with reviewers to meet deadlines.

* Managing editorial and press schedules for smooth project flow.

* Attending relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events.

* Providing regular progress updates to clients and the Sales department.

* Handling quotes, proposals, and budgets for each project.

* Liaising with Accounts for author payments and complimentary copies.

* Supporting the Head of Projects with daily operational tasks.

* Utilising project management software to track and manage project progress.

We're looking for someone with:

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, authors, and internal teams.

* A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience using project management software. Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, ideally, Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

* Knowledge of the healthcare industry (a plus).
