We are working on behalf of an exceptional Events Agency who are experts in providing a full service for live & virtual events. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their existing team.

This role is integral to supporting the successful delivery of a variety of projects for both live and virtual events.
The role can be based in either London OR East Sussex.

Within this role you will be responsible for:
Project support
Preparing and maintaining a costing spreadsheet throughout the project lifecycle
Creating and amending client specifications and quotes
Project wash up admin, ensuring all aspects of the project are saved on the server – quotes, invoices, site visuals etc.
Organising project wash-up meetings and taking notes
Contractor audits
Organising show calendar and deadlines
Reading, understanding and acting upon pre-defined event regulations
Independently managing a selection of small projects
Managing office contractors/partners
Managing all office suppliesSalary: Up to £29,000 per annum (experience dependent)
