Our client is a market leader in the provision of bespoke management software to medical professionals worldwide. With over 30 years experience in their sector, the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering all activities and projects that involve the deployment and onboarding of new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include;

* Coordinate, implement and organise training for clients.

* Answer any queries relating to the implementation of their Practice Management System.

* To support all stakeholders with a full appraisal of their current PMS and identify a way forward to onboarding new software.

* Ensure PMS is set up correctly for all new deployments, work with clients to make changes to system when relevant ensuring everyone is aware of new changes.

* Own the onboarding process, keeping on top of all activities and ensuring the resources are properly booked and planned.

* Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed every step of the way.

About you;

* Able to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment

* Ability to think strategically and logically to solve problems and build recommendations for business growth

* Track record of successfully implementing a wide range of projects

* Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally at all levels of the business

* Experience in a fast-moving environment and a high level of comfort with change

* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills

* Good analytical ability

* Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written

* Confident and have the gravitas to lead, influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
