The Role

Exciting opportunity to join their growing team in their new office located in Ipswich, they are looking for an experienced, enthusiast and highly motivated individual to become their Project Administrator joining our already very successful team.

General overview of tasks including – Not limited to the following

* Assisting project delivery as required

* Meeting bookings and taking detailed minutes

* Compiling O&M manuals

* Writing up completion worksheets

* Subcontractor liaison

* PO approval

* Customer liaison

* Updating live spreadsheets

* Timesheets approval

* Answering of incoming calls

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Good communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* A calm and professional manner

* Excellent administration and computer skills

* Flexible and adaptable approach to work

* The ability to use your own initiative

* Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information

* Ability to handle busy working environment

* Knowledge of the latest Microsoft software
