We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple client projects in retail display manufacturing and installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from receipt to completion, including but not limited to:
* Receiving design briefs, providing quotes, and estimating production lead times
* Working with external suppliers to outsource work and ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are managed
* Providing full briefings to the production team and overseeing quality control
* Attending site surveys and installations to ensure smooth project completion
* Staff management, training, and morale upkeep
* Budget control/management, order materials, and stock control
Key Skills and Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in Retail Display manufacture/installations with experience in joinery or fabrication
* Experience in working/knowledge within each Department (technical, CNC, Bench, Sprayshop) is advantageous
* Proficiency in Project Management tools and scheduling tools
* Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions
* Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Numbers
