Our client is looking for a Product UX Designer to join their team to help create intuitive and engaging products that make a real difference. We are looking someone who has a passion to deliver highly quality product, put customer’s needs first and work in a fast and agile environment.
In this role you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, Product Manager, Head of Clinical Development, Technical Lead and Software Developers to discover customer needs, explore, and test new ideas and deliver innovative solutions our users love. We want design and understanding our users’ needs to be core to our product development approach.
Key Tasks:
Drive design activities to explore and test new innovative approaches to make our product stand-out
Work with Product development team and stakeholders to identify user needs from user insights, quantitative data, user research, and business requirements
Advocate for a user-centered approach to designing and building digital products
Find ways to improve our design processes and to further our understanding of users
Review competitive apps and set a high design standard
Work with Product Manager to analyse market and user research, feedback, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities to support strategy development and inform product roadmaps.
