Our client is a global, strategic communications and marketing agency who specialise in assisting technology companies to build their reputation and stand out from the crowd. Offering their clients with insights-led, integrated communications and marketing solutions across several market categories, they aim to 'change the game' and be ambitious in their approach. Due to growth within the business, they are now looking to acquire the services of an Account Manager to join one of the dynamic practices within the business, covering enterprise tech, fin-tech and health-tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a £1m+ client portfolio, consisting of large names and challenger brands in the B2B tech space, ensuring high quality delivery and performance.
Create, oversee, and input into strategic account plans for clients, identifying new revenue opportunities and organic growth against identified targets.
Support net new business opportunities, nurture leads and understand their needs until they're ready for broader team discussions.
Be actively involved in pitches, delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients.
Be a consultative, trusted advisor for your clients to develop and maintain strong advocate relationships.
Have strong project management skills, be a master at juggling a number of projects at once, whilst instilling senior clients with confidence and motivating your team.
Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data.
Lead ABM and Marketing Services professionals and cross-functional teams in the successful execution of offer strategies, provide clear guidance, set expectations, manage resources, and support team members in their roles.
Lead with purpose and by example. As a critical member of the senior team, you will be setting the standard and expectations for leadership, teamwork and results.
Manage team members on accounts and coach direct line reports, driving a culture that enables current, direct and "actionable" feedback to others whilst inspiring and driving them to reach their full potential.
Be involved in your team's development and talent mapping, helping identify opportunities to help them grow.Key Skills/Experience:

Solid experience within the B2B Marketing and ABM space.
A strong, proven track record in integrated B2B technology marketing.
Excellent and proven team leadership ability with true desire to motivate and develop a team.
Strategic and innovative thinking, both for clients and the consultancy.
Experience working with global brands, understanding the need for localization.
Superb client relationship skills.
Experience of resource and budget management.
An entrepreneurial outlook, backed up by solid new business experience and a strong track record in organic growth of client budgets.
The ambition to truly drive forwards a thriving consultancy and nurture your team in order to support the consultancy goals.
Experience of managing team capacity and hours
