The successful candidate will be a teachers with experience of PMLD, ASD, or SLD work.
The successful candidate will ensure that they are:
* Delivering consistently good assistance to teachers.
* PMLD, ASD, or SLD experience ideally
* Degree or equivalent.
* Relevant specialist qualifications and experience in your chosen field
* Excellent classroom manner.
* Current DBS on the update service
* Hold TA qualification ideally but not essential
* Commitment to improving practice through reflection, appropriate professional development and through being open to advice and feedback.
* Evidence of continuing professional development or relevant research.
