Platen Operators | Day shift & Night shift | £25,000 – £30,000 | Cheshunt
Our leading client are recruiting for a number of Platen Operators on their day and night shifts at their impressive production facility in Hertfordshire.
As the Platen Operator you will be responsible for setting up and running platens to produce finished materials, you will be involved in the handling of large cutting forms and various types of materials.
Health and safety is of the upmost importance in operating this machinery and the successful candidates will undertake an induction involving all safe systems of working.
About the successful Platen Operator:
* Ideally you will have experience of operating hand fed platens up to 3 x 1.8, and have experience working with all materials particularly in the Point of Sale trade.
* You have the ability to work on your own initiative; you have great attention to detail as well as basic computer skills.
Day shift: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun wk 1 and Wed,Thurs, Fri wk2
Nights: Monday to Thursday
All average 40 hour weeks plenty of overtime
