With its offices here in Milton Keynes, this reputable firm, with an enviable client base and 20 year history, is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Officer & Administrator to provide dedicated all round office support to its existing team.
As Payroll Officer & Administrator your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Run weekly and monthly payrolls
* Manual payroll calculations and adjustments
* Pension contribution administration
* Year-end returns and report preparation
* Database maintenance
* General all round office administration support, including filing and archiving, ordering supplies, organizing and coordinating
As the Payroll Officer & Administrator, you'll have:
* Excellent all round payroll experience and knowledge of current pay legislation
* The ability to carry out manual payroll calculations
* Extensive all round administration experience
* A good level of MS Word and Excel skill
* Strong communication and inter-personal skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
In return, as Payroll Officer & Administrator you'll receive an annual salary of circa £22,000 – £27,000 per annum, negotiable and subject to experience, 20 days annual holiday entitlement, plus statutory bank holidays, pension and a discretionary annual bonus.
