Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £25500/annum Excellent Package
We have a great new opportunity for a Payroll Controller to join the team based in Burntisland, you must have hands on payroll experience in a busy fast paced environment with a drive to working to tight deadlines.
Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager you will have full end to end in house transactional payroll responsibility on a daily basis.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Full End to end, in house, transactional payroll responsibility, associated administration and report preparation – incorporating RTI, HMRC, Multi pension company management and other regulatory body submissions.
* Primarily responsible for weekly payroll management, in its entirety and to provide cover for the Payroll & Benefits Manager, responsible for monthly payroll management.
* Providing first line support for all payroll enquiries from employees and all other associated internal and external stakeholders
* Providing a full audit trail of associated payroll documents, from timesheet through to end production
* Accurate maintenance of all associated database records
* Project and Programme Management of, and participation in payroll process and TUPE transfer programmes for the Group
* Management report production (absence, attrition, headcount)
