This is a Permanent Position for a Payroll Administrator for a global media brand.

Client Details

The company is based in London they have a multitude of different media brands.

The Payroll administrator will be based in their office in London.

Description

The Payroll Administrator position based in London will involve the following duties:

Accurate data entry and checking of multiple payrolls in collaboration with other departments within the organisation.
Produce periodic payroll reports to support the rest of the payroll team.
Answering payroll queries raised by employees and various departments within the organisation.
Manually calculate gross adjustments and statutory absence pay.
Update cash forecast for each payroll net pay and taxes for the Treasury team.Profile

The successful candidate for the Payroll Administrator position will need to have the following skills and experience:

Working towards or have obtained CIPP Technician certificate (level 3).
Have a basic understanding of UK employment law and tax regulations related to payroll.
Desired experience using SAP ECC 6.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Excel Skills.Job Offer
