Pastry Chef up to – £34,000

Our client, a prestigious hotel based near Brockenhurst in the beautiful setting of the New Forest, is looking for a Pastry Chef to join the kitchen brigade.

Preferably you will have experience in a similar role with experience to two rosette level. You will be preparing desserts and pastries for the hotel restaurant and events.

We would be keen to speak to candidates who have experience as a pastry chef in a fine dining environment s well as those candidates who have worked in a supervisory role in a kitchen with a flair and capability in the pastry section.
