Parts Delivery Driver
The Hartshorne Group is one of the leading commercial vehicle distributors for the West Midlands, East Midlands, Shropshire and Staffordshire. We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services.
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Delivery Driver to join our fantastic team at our Walsall depot.
Description
You will be responsible for the collection and delivery parts within the Midlands area in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for the management of your customer base, maximising sales opportunities (which will include the upselling of parts) and building excellent relations with customers to ensure that sales opportunities are being fully developed.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Thursday 08.00am until 17.00pm.
Friday – 08.00am until 12.00noon
1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Requirements
As a delivery driver you must have a full clean valid driving licence, have a positive, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team. You should be a good team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service. Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be a distinct advantage, however full training will be provided. Must have good local knowledge of the area.
