One of Cambridge's leading specialist B2B media providers is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator (Approximately 20 hours a week, across 4 or 5 days). You'll be joining a team of publishing experts – across editorial, advertising, finance, production and IT – to support them with a whole host of administrative tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

All aspects of day-to-day office organisation, from office supplies to organisation
and tidiness, as well as being the first point of contact for all visitors, deliveries
and inbound phone calls.
Handling all office post
Utilities
Preparation of print and mailing documents and liaising with printers and mailing
house
Administration of events to ensure all information is completed for both the mailing
house for deliveries and staff have everything in place for attendance at events
Dealing with inbound subscriber queries
Data cleaning and input tasks (e.g. post-show)
Other tasks as directed, from time to time which will include administrative support to the management team as requiredAbout you

You'll possess the skills, confidence and abilities to be able to develop your own
efficient methods to carry out all of the above tasks with the minimum of fuss.
Understand the opportunities and challenges faced by working in a small
business (approx 20 employees).
Proficient in Office software (e.g. Word, Excel).
With a pro-active personality, you will take pride in getting things done efficiently and properly – and encouraging others to do the same!
It would help if you were a stickler for detail, and leave no stone unturned in ensuring tasks are

And a skilled communicatorAs detailed this is a part time position, ideally suited for somebody with children who would like a job to fit around school hours. Some home flex can be possible at times when there are duties that can be performed remotely, but really this is an office-based position as a lot of the work is quite hands on.
