Our client is a well-established and growing company who specialise in Financial Services. Ethical, professional and with a good reputation they provide a great product and service. Due to growth we are now looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team. The hours can be flexible to suit the individual.
Main responsibilities
Manual and computerised bookkeeping
Invoices (sales and purchase ledger),
Credit control,
Bank and general reconciliations
General accounting duties up to trial balance
Completing vat returns
Raise and post journal entries
Calculate SSP`s and SMP`s
Payroll
Main skills and experience
Proficiency in Xero or similar
Highly numerate
Strong bookkeeping/accounting experience
An ability to work under pressure
