Igloo has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Sheerness, Kent. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic candidates to join our ever-expanding team.
Ideally you will have Recruitment experience however this is not essential, and we will offer on the job training to the right candidate.
The Role:
As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling highly skilled and unskilled roles and you will be expected to undertake the below tasks:
* CV Searching on Job Boards.
* Pre-screening and Interviewing Candidates.
* Administration duties.
* Liaising with clients to discuss candidates.
* Creating and posting adverts.
As well as recruiting for candidates you will also be responsible for managing the sites temporary workforce and attending meetings with our client’s management teams.

* You must be able to work to tight deadlines.
* Have a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Have the skills to build rapport and strong relationships with existing and new clients.
* You must be flexible to shifts and hours.
* You must be confident of working on computers and using the Microsoft Office package.
