Are you a strong administrator who has experience working within an office-based environment with good "all round" admin skills?

Based in Welwyn Garden City this company has had a period of unprecedented growth in both size and monetary turnover. They are now looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to the Administration Manager. You must be a good all-rounder as you will be supporting a variety of tasks, with "can do" attitude and able to juggle lots of balls with a smile!

The Role

This is a very varied role. You will be primarily working with and reporting to the Administration Manager but you must be prepared to roll up your sleeves and "muck in" where needed to provide cover in other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing proactive and timely communication with Clients, existing or new.

Take responsibility for Fleet Management; make sure all new vehicles are added on to the system and vehicles are serviced at the correct time. Log all Fixed Penalty Notices communicated these to the Admin manager so they are deducted from salaries

Assist the Finance team with credit control, and sending statements. Must be happy to pick up the phone to chase payments.

Issue client paperwork, insurance certificates, accreditation certificates where needed.

Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the office ie Post, stationery, maintenance and office repairs

Manage the office inboxes and direct emails to the right departments

Provide office and phone cover if needed in the event of absence

About you:

We are looking for a confident and well organised individual who is happy and confident to pick up the phone to clients and who has previous experience of working in a busy office.

Cheerful bubbly personality

Good all round admin experience with at least 3-5 experience

Good attention to detail

Quick learner

Able to juggle multiple tasks

Proficient in Microsoft office,

Experience with Sales Force, Xero accounts and cloud based software packages advantageous but training will be given
