Salary : £11 – £11.50/hour Pension

Bond Recruit are a leading Construction Recruitment Company based in Chandlers Ford, Southampton, who are currently seeking a Office Administrator.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Editing & Formatting of CVs
* Answering calls, message taking & generating emails
* Managing payroll on a weekly basis, this will include inputting hours onto a spreadsheet/our internal system & uploading time sheets
* Maintaining polite & professional communication skills
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with confidence, have sound organisational skills & have the ability to complete workloads in a timely manner, in a fast paced environment.
Specific Requirements Include
* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent interpersonal /communication skills
* Proficient using of Microsoft office 365
* Superior attention to detail
