To be an integral part of the business support team which provides excellent solutions & services to our clients.
The ideal office assistant should have:
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English essential
• Accuracy, with an attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Confident with Adobe Suite
• Ability to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team
• Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
• A positive can-do attitude
Main Responsibilities
• Reception and answering telephone
• Meet & Greet visitors, providing refreshments as necessary
• Keep meeting rooms clean & tidy
• Take delivery of parcels, making sure they are logged as received
• Provide quotations for hardware and software
• Placing orders with suppliers and creating sales invoices
• Maintain Purchase Log and update other internal systems
• Assist with preparation of IT kit prior to despatch to clients
• Booking couriers, both UK and Overseas deliveries
• Warranty renewals- obtaining quotes, purchase and subsequent registration
• Maintaining office supplies and ordering where necessary
• Assist with marketing initiatives and assisting with organising company socials
• Supporting the wider team with any administrative task
Salary:
£25,000 – £28,000 DOE
Office based Monday – Friday
