Mortgage Processor

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum

Mortgage Processor required for my highly professional client based on the Airport Industrial Estate.
For the right person this could be a part time role – hours would be 9am to 3pm Monday – Friday.
The role will include:-
· Submitting applications to lenders via their online platforms
· Processing applications and gathering information
· Sourcing mortgage products
· Maintain an excellent understanding of products and underwriting criteria
· Provide support and advice to existing customers
· Updating clients on cases and liaising with lenders, solicitors & estate agent
Experience required:-
· Mortgage processing experience is essential
· Mortgage System (Sourcing System knowledge) is required
· Whole of market experience – Preferred
· Experience from an underwriter or processing management background
· Excellent communicator
· Organisational skills are key
·CeMAP qualified advantageous, but not currently advising
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
£20,000 – £25,000 p.a. salary depending on previous experience and skills
