Mobility support specialist – Shift work

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £23000 – £25000/annum

Our global client is looking to fill a number of positions from candidates with excellent communication skills with experience working in a call centre or telephone support role. Full training will be given but the role will involve providing 1st line and where necessary some 2nd line support to their customers resolving incidents and tickets.
The shift patterns are:
1.30-10pm or 2pm-10.30pm with an ½ hour lunch (8 hours working day still) with some weekend working
Fully remote will be available after the initial training (2 weeks) so you will need to be within a commutable distance to the office.
