A lovely school in Whitford are looking for a Midday supervisor to work for them on a daily basis to support the children at lunch times from 12pm-13:15pm

About the Role:

Your role is to help raise the social achievements of pupils. You will be responsible for ensuring that lunchtimes are an enjoyable and safe experience for all the children, so that they are physically and mentally prepared to learn during the afternoon.

Responsibilities of a Midday Assistant:

Help children cut up their food, if needed.
Encourage good behaviour and table manners.
Supervise children in the playground (or indoors if wet weather)
Cleaning up after the meals
Supporting the needs of the children and ensuring they are safe and happy
 Requirements of a Midday Assistant:

No qualifications or experience are are required but an interest in supporting children would be beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage behaviour effectively
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Flexibility and adaptability
