We are currently recruiting for MFL Teachers for a great school in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
About the school:
At The School they continue to make rapid enhancements with increasing numbers of students wishing to join their learning community. Their staff are dedicated to constantly reviewing and developing the opportunities for their students. About the job:
The school are looking to appoint a MFL Teacher join them on a full time basis. They are looking for a passionate teacher of MFL who is able to inspire their pupils to reach their potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, forward-thinking and ambitious professional who enjoys being responsible for developing MFL throughout the school. The successful candidate will need to be able to teach to a high standard but also be innovative and creative in your approach, and to be committed to a whole school ethos.
The successful candidate will be required to be teach up to KS4.
Person Specification:
* To meet the requirements of all of the teaching standards
* Ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities and across Key Stages 3 to 4
* Ability to explain, model, question and feedback effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to use IT in all aspects of teaching and learning
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Strong subject knowledge
* Knowledge of curriculum
* Desire to continue to develop professionally
* Health & Safety knowledge and understanding
Requirements:
* Experience being a MFL Teacher
* Qualified to at least degree level in the subject being taught
* Qualified to teach in the UK
