Contract Length: 6 months (May extend until March 2024 and maybe beyond)
Location – In Milton Keynes 1-2 days per week, travel to London and some site visits, home working 2-3 days a week
IR35: In scope
Day rate: £350 – £375 per day Umbrella / £256.63 – £274.96 PAYE
Responsibilities include gaining an in-depth understanding of the organisation's training objectives in order to effectively design and develop a range of training programmes which champion the business values and add value to the organisation. As well as this, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing training outcomes to ensure knowledge is effectively embedded and utilised in accordance with learning objectives, delivering training in both a formal and informal setting, producing relevant course materials and documents, sharing best practice and resources in training, and learning and assessments.
The successful candidate will have experience in project managing of media projects as well as teaching in some way, analysis, design and development implementation, working with internal resources and external media developers with both public & private experience and the successful candidate could come from edge picture, calidus is useful. Other similar job titles include – learning consultant, learning specialist or media developer.
