Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to drive on a small workshop for our well-established clients.
This role is within a thriving department and you will be directly responsible for all activity within the mechanical area and working of vehicles on site.
Role Accountabilities:
·Ensure the values of the company and beliefs are upheld.
·Ensure the operation runs correctly.
·Liaising with manager at senior and operational levels
·Ensure contractual obligations are met.
·Manage, direct and lead the relevant area.
·Promote and lead the health, safety and welfare of co-workers.
·Responsible for the quality and the repair of vehicles in accordance with agreed standards, processes and protocols.
·Maintain open communication with branch as required.
·Contribute fully to Company initiatives, and processes, and support positively the aims and ambitions of the Company.
Knowledge and Experience:
·Experience in supervisory role.
·Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume operational environment.
·Able to demonstrate high-level organisational skills and an ability to communicate a variety of information and instruction to operational members.
Qualification's required – NVQ or C&G.
Immediate start available if required.
PAYE Basis. Weekly Pay.
Mon-Fri Basis 8am – 17.00pm
