Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Salary : £34000 – £37000/annum £34,000 to £37,000
Questech Recruitment are recruiting for our client in Driffield, East Yorkshire. This role is fast paced, varied and very challenging. Our client have grown from strength to strength and have not seen any downturn in production through 2023.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
* NVQ Level 3 trained (Apprenticeship).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Minimum 2 years experience working in in a fast paced manufacturing environment..
* Excellent team player.
THE DUTIES:
Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of all plant machinery including; Spiral Coolers, Metal Detectors, Conveyor systems, Cooking Vessels and Slicers.
* Reactive maintenance across the full factory.
* Installation and C.I project work.
* PLC fault finding.
* Working to a PPM structure.
* Reporting Health and Safety issues.
THE HOURS:
This role is working a rotating shift pattern of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday).
THE SALARY:
You will be paid a basic salary of between £34,000 and £37,000 (depending on experience), plus outstanding benefits.
