Mechanical Building Services Project Manager

Salary : £70000 – £80000/annum Plus Travel, Bonus, Bupa, Pension
We are currently looking for up to six experienced Mechanical Project Managers on behalf of Major Building-Services Sub-contractors for site-based Mechanical Project Management positions in London.
Projects cover a range of areas including Fitout, Refurb, Infrastructure and high-spec Residential. Project sizes range (mechanically) from C. 200K up to £5M.
Salaries and opportunities within the Building Services Market in London and the South-East have improved substantially over the past couple of years and these six positions are all within the salary range shown.
