Hunter Global are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for a Mechanical & Electrical Clerk of Works to be operate throughout the Nottingham/Lincoln areas.
Vacancy Details –
• The successful individual will be a Contract member required for assisting with the M&E aspects of our clients Clerk of Works.
• You will be required to offer tentative enquiries at present to ascertain who is out there that can offer this service
• Appointment will be project specific
• Would suit part time as we won’t have sufficient work for a full-time role (may only be one project at a time with a weekly site visit required.
• Must be Local to the Nottingham/Lincoln/Newark area.
• Will provide technical and practical support to current teams as well as acting as contract administrator on smaller building/Construction projects to ensure change control approvals are properly Authorised
• The ideal candidate will hold membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain
• Must hold confident Mechanical & Electrical knowledge and understanding ideally holding recognised qualifications such as NVQ 17th Edition or Degree levels
Experience –
• Knowledge of computer programs including MS Word, MS Excel, Revit & Autocad
