Marketing Officer

Salary :
We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join the team of a lovely children's book publisher and help create effective consumer marketing campaigns for a list of bestselling children's and YA books and brands. You will work closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing and the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and be responsible for:
Brainstorm marketing ideas with the team
Produce campaign plans and write engaging copy
Brief in-house designers and external agencies
Set up partnerships with third parties to promote books
Manage campaign budgets and liaise with teams across the business
Coordinate social and digital marketing for campaigns
Analyze campaigns to inform future planning
Attend events as necessary
We are looking for candidates with experience in marketing books or relevant publishing resources, strong knowledge of social media channels and ability to plan and prioritize workload. A passion for children's books and knowledge of the publishing industry would be great advantages.
