We’re recruiting a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our amazing Marketing and Communications team in this brand-new role! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to deliver advanced campaigns and help manage a major regional programme of marketing delivery. In this role you’ll work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Employability and Health (E&H) business area, E&H operational teams, delivery partners and stakeholders, undertaking marketing activities to generate referrals to our services and position us for future growth opportunities.
There will be a particular emphasis on developing a high volume of inspirational case studies and engaging content (to include webinars, podcasts, videos and community broadcasts) that showcases the impact that our services have on our customers lives.
Our successful candidate will collect and present national, regional and local statistical information about the labour market, among other relevant information, to help inform the choices people make when seeking work and associated learning to achieve their career ambitions. You’ll interact with a wide range of people from all different backgrounds, so it would be an advantageous to have direct experience working with customers on large-scale contracts, and also experience helping them to tell their stories.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £30,000 to £33,000 p.a. pro rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy setting out key objectives, targeting of audiences, positioning content on all marketing channels and helping to develop, manage and forward plan to meet metrics for evaluation.
• Undertake a range of marketing activities to raise awareness and generate referrals. This will include case studies that promote the impact of our services on customers’ success in work and life.
• Produce informative and engaging content for multiple audiences across our digital channels including video, photos, webinars, podcasts, community TV etc.
• Deliver engaging marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate referrals with priority groups.
• Deliver targeted digital and social media campaigns on our channels (including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Insta and YouTube) to reach priority audiences and increase referral generation.
• Promote the service to local, regional and national stakeholders and influencers (including central and local government, local authorities, LEPs and employers), through a calendar of targeted activities, events and public relations activity. This will include running, attending and measuring the impact of events and activities.
• Develop a range of community-based marketing materials that promote our services proactively, celebrate diversity and align to national messages.
• Work closely with Seetec’s wider PCPA Team to engage with national and regional media, promote our services and maximise opportunities for coverage.
• Collect and present statistical information on the labour market and wider careers, to be used to disseminate across all of our priority customer groups.
• Undertake monthly analysis to ensure that all digital activity achieves expected outputs, extract, analyse and interpret statistical data from digital channels to guide digital development and improve the customer experience.

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in a marketing or relevant communications role.
• Experience of developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
• Experience of managing relationships with external agencies/contractors, e.g. web agency and design agencies, and creatives.
• Proven experience of creating engaging and inspiring marketing materials.
• Experience of managing the design and production of marketing materials is essential.
• Experience of a public service outsourcing business delivery is an advantage.
• Experience in the employability/careers sector is an advantage.
• Experience working with vulnerable groups, and in an environment where understanding safeguarding guidelines is a core element of the role, is an advantage.
• An understanding of presenting statistical information concisely and to a number of different audiences is an advantage.
• Experience of evaluating marketing ROI or other desired outcomes.
• Previous experience in community engagement from a marketing perspective is an advantage.
