Maintenance Manager

Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
Questech Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Grimsby. This client is expanding at a rapid rate and have the immediate opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join their expert team. This role is fast paced, varied and high pressured. We're looking to speak to people from a manufacturing background who have experience managing a team of around 12 engineers.
The Person:
* Apprentice trained engineer.
* Experience managing a team of 12+ engineers.
* Experience setting up PPM structure.
* Ability to motivate people.
The Role:
* Setting up of a PPM structure.
* Organise of workload for engineers.
* Setting and implementing KPI's.
* Organising contractors on site.
* Manage the facilities department.
* Weekly meetings with production to identify problems.
* Liaise with machinery suppliers to organise warranty fixes.
* Set up new stores department.
This role is paid between £45,000 – £50,000 per year dependent on experience.
