Machinery Technician

Salary : £18000 – £28000/annum
Berry Recruitment are working with a South West based Independently owned Agricultural company who are looking for a Grounds care Machinery Technician.
You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment, from Electrics, Hydraulics, Transmission rebuilds, engine rebuilds on Agricultural and Grounds care machinery.
If you are familiar with John Deere, Sithl and other competitive products then this would be advantageous, however by no means essential. You will work with a small team of qualified and experienced technicians therefore your skills in automotive or other industries will be transferable.
You will be required to perform diagnostics, service and repair on turf equipment's, follow H&S rules, mentor apprentices, completion of job related administration and reports. Perform pre-delivery set up on new or used equipment.
The role is full time, general hours 8am – 5pm/5.30pm with a general salary between £18k – £28k per annum, this will be depending on overtime and on call options.
