Shift Patterns: Days
PAYE Rate: OTE £50,000 p/a
Hours: 40 hours per week including Saturday mornings
Monday, Friday & Saturday's have fixed start & finish times
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday's – have ability to be flexible towards start and finish times with notice
The Role:
We are looking for an experience level 3 Vehicle Technician.
It’s an opportunity to join a very successful privately owned business operating on a national basis who deliver a variety of service solutions to the UK leading automotive financial services. A division of the business is a standalone fleet maintenance business operating from a modern, well maintained workshop with x3 ramps and the latest tooling. Your working day will be spent ‘on the tools’ assisting with the day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the fleet and other specialist projects.
The fleet consists of;
* Ford Fiesta Vans
* Mercedes Citan Vans
* Mercedes Sprinter Vans
* Single car transport trailer
What kind of person we are looking for?:
* You will be qualified to a minimum of level 3 (NVQ or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
* Previous experience of Mercedes STAR Diagnostic Software preferred but not essential
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a professional ‘can do’ attitude to all aspects of the role.
* Full U.K. driver’s license with ideally a C1E category
* Has to be flexible in there working hours, the trucks stay away Monday – Friday so the majority of the work on them is done Friday afternoon and Saturday
