Salary : £19999 – £20000/annum £20,000

Our client based in Bromley are seeking a Post Completion Technician for their growing department.

Reporting to the Post Completions Manager you will be responsible for the following duties;

* Responding to Land Registry Requisitions

* Sending all AP1s and FR1 to Land Registry

* Ensuring there is an OS1 search in place on any cases where the AP1/ FR1 has not been sent

* Ensure all cases are registered as quickly as possible

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the conveyancing, post completion and land registry processes.
