Commercial Property Paralegal
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £25000/annum
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in Leicester. The commercial property team is mutually supportive with highly experienced practitioners. This will present the right person with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience, working for a diverse range of excellent clients as well as having the necessary support in a friendly environment. The Leicester commercial property team has a strong reputation and the team has gone from strength to strength.
Clients include developers, investors, owner occupiers, public sector bodies and landed estates.
Your role will be to provide commercial property services to clients including:
• strategic property (options, promotion and collaboration agreements);
• high net worth private companies and individuals investment acquisitions;
• subject tenancies and landlord and tenant matters; and
• general acquisitions and disposals.
Requirements
You are likely to be law graduate with good IT skills, as well as having excellent communication skills with both clients and other professionals. Previous relevant work experience is desirable.
You will have the opportunity to get actively involved in business development in the Leicester marketplace.
