Our client, set in the heart of Wiltshire is looking to build their team as their offices within the surrounding areas are expanding.

We are currently looking for an experienced Litigation secretary to join our client’s team at their Malmesbury branch. There you will be providing support to the Private client department.

Applicants key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

* Audio typing, preparing and amending draft documents

* Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emails

* Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone and assisting clients in the absence the free earner

* Making appointments and assisting with queries

* Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed file storage

* Assisting other members of the private client support team and liaising and assisting other members of staff as appropriate

* Liaising with accounts department to obtain cheques, print-outs etc as and when necessary

* Liaising with the office manager with regard to stocks of stationary etc

* Providing reception cover when required.

Candidates must have good presentation of letters and documentation, fast and accurate typing, good knowledge of English manner, excellent telephone manner and have the ability to deal with clients professionally, ability to deal with clients, intermediaries and other contacts. Excellent use of IT and IT systems.

This position is a full time and permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
