Residential Conveyancer

Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
A Leicester law firm requires an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage their own case load of sales, purchase, re-mortgages, buy to let and equity release files from instruction through to and including post completion.
The Firm
A Partner led private practice with an open plan office based in Leicester. The firm has a long history in the City and is well led by entrepreneurial and charismatic Partners overseeing fee earners working across different areas of law. The property department has strong links with local agents, developers, builders and investors producing a healthy pipeline of work and ready available case load.
The Role
The successful Residential Conveyancer with be required to manage case load will involve between 100 and 150 files at any one time.The ability to work as part of a team, communicate well with clients and have the drive and motivation to succeed in a busy environment.
The Candidate
A qualified Residential Conveyancer as either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or very experienced Residential Property Paralegal with a strong background in managing a residential conveyancing case load involving sales, purchases, re-mortgages, equity release of freehold and leasehold properties.
