NEW ROLE – Private Client Solicitor (5 years PQE+) Wills, Trusts, Probate
Location – Waterlooville Hamsphire
Our Client, a top 100 law firm is seeking a Lawyer/Solicitor to work within a well-established Private Client Department at their offices in Hampshire. This is working with a fantastic Natuional Head of Private Client with a fully supportive team locally and nationally.
We are ideally looking for an individual who will thrive in a challenging and varied role, quickly becoming a valued and integral part of the Trusts and Estates team.
Ideally you will have the following relevant skills and experience:
* Be a lawyer/solicitor with 5 years PQE+
* Be experienced in the full range of probate related matters. Including inheritance tax issues, trusts and the drafting of trust documents
* Be technically competent with a wide range of experience in private client matters
* Have excellent rapport building skills, client management and client care skills
* Have a proactive approach to business development
* Be a member of STEP (this is desirable, not essential)
