Residential Conveyancer – Legal Executive / Solicitor – £to50k JOB REF 2947/2AK
Due to an influx of work, the firm is now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving department and assist with the current workload as well as help to build the department further. You will be handling a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to; Freehold Sales & Purchases, Leasehold Sales & Purchases, Transfers of Equity and Re-Mortgages.
Interested applicants should be either a qualified Solicitor, a Fellow of CILEx; or a Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE and experience working within a busy Conveyancing department handling all matters from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and a can do attitude.
