Solicitor – Civil Litigation
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £38000/annum Flexible working additional hols
Our client is a modern niche multi-law service firm based in modern offices with space for them to continue to grow and develop their talented teams.
As a result of their growth there is an additional person needed on their busy Civil Litigation Team.
You will be adept in this specialism and be looking to join a forward thinking firm where you can develop your career.
Initially working from home then the option to work part of the week from home and get a true balance between work and home life whilst developing your career – or you can be office based – the choice is yours. It’s not where you work but how you work that counts here.
You will be responsible for the successful management of civil litigation/dispute matters from inception to conclusion.
You will handle a wide range of disputes including:
Property
Debt Recovery
Professional Negligence
Tax Disputes
Commercial
Immigration
You will be adept at handling complex and non-routine cases, able to exercise levels of appropriate delegation and risk management.
A Practising Certificate is obviously required for this role.
