A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Redditch based opportunity with a ambitious and law firm. Salary is upwards of £25K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, small friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish.Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Property Solicitors looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will possess 2 – 5 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
