Solicitors practice seeks either Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3yrs), CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) to join busy Commercial Property / Real Estate team. You will be working in a small team dealing with the sales/purchases of commercial properties (high street retail units, public houses, offices, etc.), business leases, L&T work and some development matters. You will also be exposed to some general commercial work which includes business sales, company formations, partnership matters and share transfers/sales.
