Remote with Adhoc Meetings in St Albans or from modern office in St Albans. You chose mix
£50,000 – £60,000 Plus Benefits

The Role:
The core purpose of this role is to assist the firm in achieving its 10 year targets by:
+ Expanding the commercial department,
+ Generating income from commercial property legal work
+ Promoting the firm and developing relationships with third parties
+ Contributing to the firm’s marketing activities
About You:
+ Degree from a good University – ideally Russell Group
+ Strong academic qualifications
+ Highly technically proficient
+ 3 years plus PQE minimum
+ Trained with good quality firm
+ Professional in appearance and presentation
+ Good IT skills
+ Able to work independently or in a team
+ Confident without arrogance
+ Strong communicator
+ Good character – you want to make a difference to people's lives
+ Some residential property experience (desirable)
