Experience in the following is essential:
* Divorce
* Finances
* Private Law Children matters
* Cohabitation
* Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements
* Injunctions
You must be confident and comfortable running a caseload, be prepared to conduct your own advocacy, have excellent client handling skills and be IT proficient with strong communication skills.
