Family Law Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £40000/annum
Our client is an established family law specialist based in the town of Skipton. They are looking for an experienced Associate Solicitor with a strong eye for detail who likes to offer a bespoke and personal service to their clients.
Skills Required:
* PQE 2-3 years minimum
* Proven track record in acting for clients in divorce and financial remedy and private law Children matters
* Ability to manage own caseload
* Competent practitioner and ability to do own advocacy
* Competent file management/review/cost tracking
* Ability to manage clients and their expectations
* Excellent communication skills
* Resolution accreditation desirable but not essential
Day to day duties:
* Mange clients, take instructions and conduct matter throughout
* Advocacy where necessary, drafting documentation, dictation and general file management
* Financial control with regards to cash flow, monies on account and end of month billing
* Fee earning work – accurate and reliable
32 – 40K DOE
25 days stats plus bank hols
