Caseload includes M&A, Joint Ventures, Finance, Investment and Partnership advice, along with Commercial work including contracts, e-commerce, framework agreements, sale of goods and services, agency distribution and outsourcing.

* NQ to 4 PQE Solicitor or CILEx

* Corporate and Commercial Caseload

* Mix of Office and Home Working (If Desired)
