Our client has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic newly qualified Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a specialist team in their expanding Corporate & Commercial team. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality, client-focused advice and manage a complex caseload covering all aspects of corporate & commercial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with some or all of the following –
Responsibilities
* Mergers and acquisitions acting for private equity and owner managed businesses
* Share structure reorganisation and restructuring
* EMIS and EBTs
* Shareholder agreements Banking & finance
* Wide range of commercial contracts including sale of goods and provision of services
* Meeting firm set billing targets
* Participating in business development initiatives
The Candidate
* Technical proficiency in corporate & commercial law is essential
* Possesses excellent communication and client care skills
* Works well when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Strives for high standards in their work
* Is personable, professional and detail orientated
* A team player with a desire for professional development
* Is ambitious and looking for a role with good prospects in a friendly team
