Are you a corporate-commercial lawyer who wants to work with high calibre entrepreneurial start-ups through to well established multi-million-pound turnover companies?

The role:
The successful candidate will have displayed wide-ranging experience across lower to mid-market transactions including but not limited to:
* You will be dealing in mergers and business acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, distribution agreements and a whole range of all general corporate and commercial matters and contracts.
* You will be dealing with wide range of business disputes including management and ownership disputes, landlord & tenant matters (commercial and residential), debt recovery, contract disputes, property, and construction disputes. As well as County and High Court cases

Further specialist areas of law, include advising companies in the healthcare sector and non-contentious construction law. (Desirable)
* You will deal with the execution of legal documents and verifying identity for use abroad for both companies and individuals.
Our ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong drafting and presentation skills
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Able to work with minimal supervision, take responsibility, and display initiative
* Commitment to professional development
* You will need to be pragmatic and understand clients needs & give commercially sensible advice.
Qualifications and Skills:
* You will need to have 3-5 years of PQE as a Corporate/commercial Solicitor and be able to work autonomously.
