Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Lawyer

Salary : £40000 – £60000/annum
An award-winning law firm in Brighton is looking for a Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their highly successful team. They have a high-quality client base and are growing rapidly.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload, and be at least 2 PQE.
The caseload consists of claimant only high value and complex claims. The caseload will be predominately Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, along with an element of inquest and human rights work. You will not be expected to have any knowledge of inquest or human rights cases, though you will need some PI or Clinical Negligence experience.
You will need to be based in the South-East as you may be required to visit clients in their homes or in the hospital.
